The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Imperial Legion Armour

Fantasy game art from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion . Imperial Legion armour is worn by the guards in the Imperial City and those patrolling the main roads. Mounted legionnaires do not wear the Imperial Horseman Helmet -- it is instead worn by guards with assigned posts in the Imperial City.  City guards of other cities have their own uniforms . There are very few female guards and possibly for that reason no female version of the armour except through third-party mods.  Imperial City Watch Captains and the Palace Guards have their own armour. In the screenshots below, the female version is from a mod, but shows the original rusty brown colour of the armour. The male version uses a black armour mod. 1: Male Version 3: Modded Female Version (from Colourwheel's Sexy Imperial Legion ) 4: Picture Slideshow

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Imperial Dragon Armour

Fantasy game art from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion . The Imperial Dragon Armour uses a re-textured/recoloured version of the Imperial City Watch Captain armour , but with no shield. It is the final reward for saving the world at the end of the main quest in Oblivion. The light and heavy versions of the armour look the same, and there is no female version except through third-party mods. Another version of this armour (the Emperor's armour set, not usable by the player/protagonist) is worn by Martin Septim during the Defense of Bruma . The Armour of Tiber Septim in Sancre Tor also uses the same model, but has no piece other than the cuirass. 1: Male Version 2: Female Version (Ancient Imperial Dragon Armor from Armamentarium ) 3: Modded Female Version (from Colourwheel's Sexy Stock Armour and Clothing Replacer ) 4: Picture Slideshow

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - City Guard Armour

Fantasy game art from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion . The city guards outside of the Imperial City have similar outfits that primarily differ from each other in the color and designs of the cuirass and shield. The Imperial City guards either wear the heavy Imperial Legion armor or the silver armor of the Watch Captains and Palace Guards . City guards share the same simple helmet. The other parts of their armor/uniform (gauntlets, greaves, boots) are drawn from other armour sets, usually chainmail. There are very few female guards, and perhaps for that reason there is no female version of the armour -- the female version below is from a mod. The slideshow at the bottom of this page has pictures of the armor from the various cities of Tamriel ( Anvil , Bravil , Bruma , Cheydinhal , Chorrol , Kvatch , Leyawiin , Skingrad ). 1: Male Version 3: Modded Female Version (from Colourwheel's Sexy Imperial Legion ) 4: Picture Slideshow

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Golden Saint Armour

Fantasy game art from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion . Golden Saint Armour is worn by the Golden Saint guards in Mania , in the Shivering Isles official expansion for Oblivion. The one style of helmet has two colour schemes for "typical" Golden Saints and officers (Aurgezel) The basic Golden Saint Armor is a monotone gold. The Vibrant Glowing Armor mod adds more colour to the armour (and weapons) as well as glow maps to make these new coloured additions glow in the dark. We have mixed in some shots with this mod, and also have separate slideshows showing the changed armour in normal light as well as in the dark. 1: Male Version 2: Female Version 3a: Modded Female Version (from Colourwheel's Sexy Stock Armour and Clothing Replacer ) 3b: Modded Version ( Vibrant Glowing Armor ) 4: Picture Slideshow
